Today's real estate market can be challenging. The good news is interest rates remain low and the economy is improving every day. But in this environment, getting to the settlement table takes not only a Realtor with experience, but also a special relationship between client and Realtor.
You need a Realtor you can trust. One who listens to your needs and looks out for your best interests.
I take great pride in treating all my clients like family. In return, I have received the greatest compliment as a Realtor - your referrals. As a matter of fact, in 2010, over 97% of my transactions were obtained through referrals! To all those client-turned-family-members who made that statistic a reality, "thank you."
I have been a RE/MAX Realtor for over 11 years. I am a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, a Lifetime member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association, and a graduate of the Maryland State Leadership Academy.
In addition, I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).
On a more personal note, I am a Southern girl at heart - I was born in Louisiana, but have lived in Maryland for over 20 years. I am a retired United States Navy Chief, with service on the USS Puget Sound and the USS Grapple, and military duties ranging from U.S. Navy Diver to Senior Job Counselor at the NRD, Washington, D.C..
My interests and hobbies include golf, boating, sporting activities, and reading. I am an avid Baltimore Ravens and UNC Men's basketball fan. And of course, I will always support our local heros: the U.S. Naval Academy. GO NAVY, BEAT ARMY!
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me. I hope to get the opportunity to earn your trust and help you with all of your real estate needs.
